I've noticed that the 09's seem to be more likely to be associated with complaints about driveability quirks and other foibles, such as the ECU whine.
I'd get an 09 if you can find one at a great price (someone is selling one on here for 25K!) and just go over every TSB carefully to see what applies to you and then get it taken care of as warranty work. Good luck -- happy shopping!
