Is Nissan's NISMO 370Z A 50 Percent OFF GT-R?

I THINK he might be trying to say something with a fine sushi restaurant carrying perfectly executed california rolls...maybe comparing the Nismo to a California Roll that should be cheap

I don't know, no one can be that stupid.

I think it was just a dumb writer trying to connect Japanese cuisine to a Japanese car that ended up with a major culinary fail.

That and California rolls are a terrible example of authentic sushi...

I mean ****, he could have at least said spicy tuna roll or something more appropriate

He was retarded on multiple fronts, we'll put it that way.

I agree.

A sloppy joe > california roll. That's just the truth.

lol I didn't even think of it that way. So true.

Poorly-composed, lame articles like this make me want to do automotive journalism just to show how retarded some of these guys are...

The problems I notice with most automotive journalists are:

1.) they don't know jack **** about cars, and don't hide this fact very well
2.) they think they know way more than they actually do, and drop technical jargon in incorrect or inappropriate ways making them look like complete idiots to real enthusiasts
3.) they are biased, paid-off ********
4.) they cannot write to begin with
5.) they glamorize the most boring, basic pieces of **** the same way they do proper sports and exotic cars

I can't figure out the greater of the two evils: automotive journalists or car salesmen.

A Car & Driver journalist... that's what. Not only do they write about cars, they sell BMWs.

Add to that list

6 ) they write an impassioned and opinionated article about a vehicle and then contradict themselves on the same vehicle six months later.

Who says that's "the truth"? I'll take California sushi rolls over a Sloppy Joe anytime!

Me! I'm a sushi lover, believe me, but I just don't like the Cali rolls.

Every automotive magazine is full of **** / corrupt in some way or another. In my opinion Motor Trend is the worst though with Edmunds being a strong second. Every automotive magazine is full of **** / corrupt in some way or another. In my opinion Motor Trend is the worst. Car and Driver may very well be biased towards BMW but it’s sort of hard not to be as BMW really does make great automobiles. But then again, not long ago they deemed the Audi S4 superior to the 335i…

If they had hopped into a new Shelby GT, it would have read: "...went from eating California rolls to eating filet mignon..."

At 48K base, that just might be the best value in all of sportscardom. It's just tearing up the tracks out there.

Love the 'Stang power, not so much the live rear axle.

But that's my ignorance talking - if I owned one, I'm sure I'd enjoy a helluva ride.
