A/C is a drag, literally, but I'm not sure if it has to do with my pulleys. It's great when A/C is off, but throttle response lags so bad 2nd

It's great when A/C is off, but throttle response lags so bad 2nd gear feels like 5th gear acceleration at some point. Plus, accelerating in 1st feels like launching in 2nd. __________________
