I burned some oil during break-in but less than a quart for sure. I'm at 9k miles now and it doesn't burn at all. Broke it in properly and check

I'm at 9k miles now and it doesn't burn at all. Broke it in properly and check the oil level weekly. Is it really too much work to spend 5 min to check the oil each week? Come on...
