What did you do with your Z today

Now about oil consumption really quick.... Do you guys think it has anything to with the way the engine was broken in for the first 1100 miles? I have my rpm shift light set at 4k rpm, per the manual says, but I have a few times rev'd it to 5k not on purpose, but because I was getting into it...

I hope that's still ok??!?!?!?

i doubt it has anything to do with the break-in unless you're pounding on the gas to redline frequenty. a light rpm past 4K is nothing compared to stomping on your gas in the wrong higher gear under 4K rpm.

i think you're fine. just keep an eye on the dip stick every other week or so. i only check it like twice a month.

agreed! a tad bit of rake would evenly distribute the weight when you punch the gas or accelerate quickly.

well, i guess it also depends on your spring and damp setting, but something to think about if your car tends to squat too much.
