Problem is that they are a hike for me and close at 6:00. I don't have time to get home and back there. Maybe tomorrow...

wow, 6pm... that's early for a shop! hope you can get it done tomorrow.

Seems like a decent mtn, esp for being in WV. That place was in the middle of nowhere. It was seriously almost a full day trip to get to a Home Depot for supplies. Would have loved to have my Z on those mtn roads. I have over 20+ years skating/snowboarding and have luckily only dislocated my pinky skating a bank ramp in my early 20's, lol lame I know. Knock on wood, I have never broken anything.

For WV, Snowshoe is really good riding. It's cheap and has a great mountain resort feel.

Yup, that last leg of the trip getting up there is just brutal isn't it?:ugh2:

Received two separate and completely unsolicited compliments on my Z today! One from a dude that was going into the restaurant I ate at during lunch, and the other was a workmate that saw her for the first time! I had been having a crappy day up 'til then!

Also saw a white 370 not two mile from my house! So unusual to see other triple-seven-dees!

Worst injury seperated ribs. Landing a jump my second day with the blades. The landing was all ice and went down. Ofcourse there was ski patrol "Are you OK ?" I'm fine just have to catch my breath. (Hell no I cannot breath). LOL Man did it hurt. Every bump and I could feel it between my ribs. Never went to the hospital and fell a couple weeks later and they went back inplace. Oh I continued skiing for those two weeks. I always wear a helment and ski jacket with pants. :ugh2: Only broken bone was my ring finger on my right hand playing softball. Played rugby for 4 years in the Marines and never got a broken bone.:owned:

Congrats Happy. One of the really nice things about our cars is that people like them and you don't run into another one everyday.:ughdance:

 at 2x10's. :D they do just as good as those shallow ramps.

Still running the original tyres. 15,000 miles. The fronts are fine but the rears are not long for this world - they're about down to the wear bars.
Had to put some tyres on the wife's car this week... Tire Rack is gonna be loving me this month.

I like Snowshoe too. We went to Wisp in Maryland last year and had a blast. First time I had been there. I haven't strapped planks on since the first day I boarded. I am not a hotdog, but I have fun and go home less tired and sore than I did skiing.

Luna- I actually used DTD this time for my rears. Less that 500 to the door.

Happy- nice to hear. I could have used that today. :)

You're less likely to get injured boarding, too (IMO).
