Get shine auto!!!

Dallaz 11-25-2011 11:32 AM

Happy late turkey day everyone, Had a great time with the family and great food. I'm in Dallas so of course I was watching the cowboys game. Was just hoping Romo didn't drop the ball for the game winner lol..... Can someone say "déjà vu"!!

You'd think someone makin that kind of money would tip fat, I know I would. I've valeted him in an expedition, his R8, and he was in an S550 on Tuesday, always $10... Little on the low side from a millionaire I'd say.

No Z action for me the last couple of weeks. I took her to cars and coffee the first Saturday this month and that's about it. I need to hurry and buy the stuff for an oil change so I'll drive her again, I've just been lazy, but it's nice to know I'm not
Putting miles on her.

Had the Z for 6 months now and I've driven 3,000 miles in it.

No Black Friday shopping for me, back at work.

Honestly, if you can find one used then that would be ideal. I bought my INGS lip from another member and it already had some scrapes on the bottom so I feel less guilty if I scrape. I also happen to think it is one of the best looking lips out there.

pumped up the tires to 42.7psi since a tad over 40F today in my garage and placed my Z on flatstoppers. also cleaned the interior glass and wiped off any remaining water. cleaned the jack points since i saw some salt on there from a few days ago's drive.

will need to let her dry another couple of days before covering her. it's a tad too humid today. i dont plan on taking out my G or Z remaining of the weekend so garage will be closed until monday... not worried about dust. :D

also cleaned up my garage a little bit... removed space heaters and stuff since i wont be doing any work inside the garage this winter. the heat from the G's engine after the commute will keep the garage warm enough to do some SprayOn CarWash. :)

also placed my deep-cycle battery (optima yellow) on my regular charger using 2A to see if i can revive it. last winter i tried charging it but the charger kept giving me errors cause it was probably too cold.

Baer383, noice touch to engine bay.

LakeShow noice tint looks good on the PG.

Mr onzedge, thanks for that bit of advise. Good deal on a 25 row for the price of 19 row. Looking at Jan for the install with Taylor and Colin. Their pockets should have a large hole burned in them from the holiday season shopping. Timing should be good for me to recoup after going double down on these oil cooler(s). Be good to fill some pockets for a good cause!

Dallaz, Happy belated Thanksgiving!

Put on berk hfc and it is an amazing combo with oem Nismo cbe. It sounds deeper than stock but not loud enough to attract police attention. It sounds great at wot. No drone on the freeway at any speed. In fact, you can't hear it over the road noise (roadster) and/or your music. Love it!

Oh, the mid range dramatically improved as well. Butt dyno approves :driving:

Have the same setup. Your gas mileage will go down over the next few months due to impulse to step on the gas.

Photo shoot today. First time I've seen my car in over 2 weeks, just been sitting in the garage covered. We just put the Vossen CV3's on our Camaro as well, which we've been driving more. The exhaust she put on it is making jealous! I gotta get those Berk HFC's and short tails QUICK!!

She needs Coils....
I need Exhaust....
I think we got Christmas gifts figured out lol!!
