painted my G/Z's bedroom ceiling. :p not real exciting but it looks nice now. so i did move the Z back about 20ft to get her out of the garage along with the G onto the driveway. i had my younger kid monitor both cars from upstairs while i painted the garage. told him to shout "bow...wow" if they saw kids getting too close to my cars. :icon17:

Re-installed my CF fang using 3M VHB tape. It's on "permanently for a long time" now.

Frankfurt International Auto Show

Had a nice weekend with the Z here in Germany. Had it almost 3 weeks now and its superb. Decent weekend for a roadtrip. Went to the IAA(Frankfurt International Auto Show), about 2 hours north of me.
Pics are a view of the venue and some of the highlight vehicles for me. There is always so much to see at this show, basically the largest of the major auto shows. Disappointingly Nissan was not represented at all. Hopefully in Geneva later this year. Enjoy the pics: Show venue, Aston Martin Virage, Lambo Gallardo Trofeo, 458 Spyder Ferrari! Roads were nice today and cruised for a while at 220kp indicated - 217kph(GPS) or about 135mph on the Autobahn in a speed zone. Not a bad weekend! |
