Will Nissan North America help?

You drove the car off the lot and noticed the damage 60 miles later? I would have to say , A. it sucks, B. I don't think you have a leg to stand on.

I think he noticed the damage 1000+ miles later. A lot can happen between CT and IL. It's only an assumption that the damage existed when he picked it up.....Can't really blame the dealer in this case....Especially goven the $600 estimate.....THAT would be noticeable.
