I think a quite a few folks here do hang out over at NAGTROC. If what the recent buyers have been saying is true, you can get a new 2010 GTR for $70K -72K plus tx and fees since the 2011 have been out already. So for Cali, that's roughly about $78K otd. Pretty tempting.

I know I should get my head examined, oh well.

Here's a thought to make matters even more convoluted:

There's another thread right now discussing the possibility of a 2.5L V6 in a detuned Z. If Nissan offered a smaller displacement V6 like a new 3.0 or up to a 3.5 with direct injection and a factory turbo, I would definitely take this over a Mustang V8. Globs of torque and HP and the Z handling and fit and finish. Considering all the Germans are so heavily into turbos it's kind of curious why Nissan won't go this route.
