in my opinion the work meisters are too edgey for our cars they are more for cars with sharper body lines like those in all the pics you guys have posted as proof they are the best wheel ever made. If you want to pull up to places in your z and say "yo check out my wheels"
fine, if you want people to evaluate the whole cars appearance honestly try again. The stretch on the tire is dangerous and you risk destroying your prized meisters if you pull a bead around a hard corner (mind you the z takes VERY hard corners) or hit a curb (it happens). you drop the edge of that rim to the ground with no tire and you won't get away with a simple weld job. Also this is not my350z, the 370 pulls in a different kind of driver than the 350 and there is a larger percentage of extreme track guys who think it is just plain foolish. the stretch on the tire with extreme drop changes the way the wheel fits in the well as somebody already posted and they don't even look like they fit. personally my vote for most extreme goes to the guys rockin 305's in the rear and 275's up front with full track alignments and no stretch on lightweight one peice forged wheels, with a track BBK as a plus. somebody find a good example and lets redirect this thread.
