On bright colors -- blue and red, specifically -- the polished aluminium looks better. But imo, not chrome. Chrome is just so played out by now, not to mention I never was big on it in the first place. It is too loud and screams "LOOK AT ME" while the other options are subtle and stylish.

I could care less what anyone else does, but that is my opinion.

also edit: and crazy camber and stretched tires are just retarded all around. there is something you can blame "style" on. hellafunctional4lyfeee~~~
Why else do we spend thousands of dollars on the appearance of our cars other than to say "HEY LOOK AT ME" Then to top it off we have car shows , show and shine etc.. to really make you look

I guess that's cool if you like to go through tires like underwear, like to have massive uneven tire wear and like to have loud roaring noise coming from your tires.

I like those wheels an think they look mean. They are no slouch in the performance area either.

That said, you all know where I stand with the whole "hella flush" thing

There's a large difference between looking at something because it is aesthetically pleasing and looking at something because it is an eyesore. Huge, giant chrome everywhere is not stylish -- it is gaudy.

It is like driving a giant mirrored war wound.

With that said, whatever makes you happy I guess.

Theres nothing gaudy about this vehicle , dont know what kind of picture you are trying to paint. If you don't like chrome thats cool (like you said to each his own) Flat black is boring looks like a kid took a 2$ can of spray paint and went crazy over the entire car (kinda like the little tykes first coloring) ????
See the picture ,no need to justify why you dont like something its your freedom. You can try and convince others by spelling it out for them (no need) they already know if they like it or not
What's gaudy for you maybe beautiful to others.. We are all different and have our taste other wise everyone will be driving the same exact vehicle.

in my opinion the work meisters are too edgey for our cars they are more for cars with sharper body lines like those in all the pics you guys have posted as proof they are the best wheel ever made. If you want to pull up to places in your z and say "yo check out my wheels"
fine, if you want people to evaluate the whole cars appearance honestly try again. The stretch on the tire is dangerous and you risk destroying your prized meisters if you pull a bead around a hard corner (mind you the z takes VERY hard corners) or hit a curb (it happens). you drop the edge of that rim to the ground with no tire and you won't get away with a simple weld job. Also this is not my350z, the 370 pulls in a different kind of driver than the 350 and there is a larger percentage of extreme track guys who think it is just plain foolish. the stretch on the tire with extreme drop changes the way the wheel fits in the well as somebody already posted and they don't even look like they fit. personally my vote for most extreme goes to the guys rockin 305's in the rear and 275's up front with full track alignments and no stretch on lightweight one peice forged wheels, with a track BBK as a plus. somebody find a good example and lets redirect this thread.

man you make a lot of sense dude. liked how you said about the 2 dollar flatblack spray can hahahah chrome wheels are cool just not them niikka looking wheels. some racing wheels in chrome is nice like these when painted wheels first came out everyone was like that sh it ugly. wheels with lips what the fukkck is that!!! and the wide wheel look aka hellaflush and look now it all grew on them. some still may not like the colored wheel theme, wide wheel, huge lips, puni 15 inch wheels, shi ttt what the fukckck they like then????? let me guess it has to follow the lines of the car, wrong color, its not clean its not suitable, its an eyesore and so on. screw them man.
