Airbag SRS on the Dash on - Solid (Does not blink)

I store the z's for the winter and I take the batteries out as well. Upon putting the battery back on last weekend on the 370, the airbag light came on solid red. No blinking at all.

I attempted the reset procedure anyways for it... but traversing from OFF->ON, the light never blinks at all to go into diagnostic mode. I've tried pulling the battery out overnight, reflashed my tune, checked for codes... nada.

Any ideas? I made an appointment at the dealership, but figured I seek guidance from the forum gods

(sigh, on another note... just clocked 18K miles on my 14 nismo and already starting to hear the CSC starting to make noise on cold starts. Makes me cringe. )
