In similar news: Does anyone know if the door "step light" (i.e, the red reflector on the inside door card of each car door) is illuminated on the new Z? I'd love it if there were any easy way to illuminate those red lenses on our cars. |

I can't find a photo of the 370Z installed version anymore, I remember seeing a photo of it in a Nissan Japan PDF accessory catalog which no longer seems to be online and luckily I noted down the part number for a possible future purchase. I recall it being about $100 (per door?). It seems Nissan Japan makes a variant of it for most of their models. Here is a version of it installed on a Nissan van, the 370Z version I remember has the same blue LED pattern.

I just bought two new door panels from Nissan for my 370Z at $1200 each, and I don’t want them scuffed up.
