Those who did it for the most part gave it a There isn't much difference in ride height. The springs are stiffer, so is the dampening. The newer Nismo's have softer springs and dampening.

I tried both the original Nismo red springs and the newer Nismo black springs and neither set lowed my 12 sport at all.
