Rattle/Buzzing/Vibration Exhaust?

okay so i removed the spacers from the exhaust hanger and it def helped a ton. i would say it got rid of half the noise. However there is still

However there is still a decent amount of vibrations coming from the hatch metal body panels. You think sound deadening and ensolite foam will absorb the resonance/vibration and stop the panels from buzzing against each other?
