I never liked the look of the roadster.
I traded my Z Saturday for a Mazda, a week after putting the Z1 CSC elimination kit into it after the 2nd clutch failure.

The Miata RF gts I got is an amazing machine. Not quite as fast as the Z, but there is something magic about this tiny car.

Lol. I've been eyeing the RF Miatas since they were released.

Miata RF in the family here too this past weekend. Not mine, but really nice to look at and drive. It is kinda crazy going into a car that shifts more...normal than a Z. That alone just makes a difference in perceived driving practicality, and quite frankly, enjoyment.

Been always hearing
"it's fun"
"doesn't matter if it's not fast"
etc

and as worn-out as those comments sound, they're so true. The RF, albeit heavier, is icing. I personally like the option of having a solid roof over my head.

that is probably a true statement for all the manual gearbox miata's.
