Skip the Mishimoto garbage and get a good oil cooler. Sway bars are the best $400 you will ever spend on your car.

If you didn't get the sport package, you should address brakes and diff before you add more power.

Also (not trying to be a ****), you need to do more research before you pull your wallet out. Come up to speed on what all these parts do, then worry about if you want/need them. It would suck to paint yourself into a corner now based on buying something before you know exactly what you need.
Rusty, cautupwitdm and mishuko like this.

Bang for your buck. Im one of the few that likes being n/a since its a sexy daily for me, and thats all it is for me. Being N/A dont expect much. I just stuck with the basics. I went k&n drop ins (55 bucks each filter) with mishimoto silicone hose ( think i paid $120) which replaces the corrugated hose. Cheaper and effective IMO, not as good as the Gen3 but not to far off. I went test pipes ( birthday gift from my lady $119) and stop speed pro1 exhaust ($550). Never been dyno but butt dyno noticed a few ponys hahaha. Im soon to get ecutek tune. Fully stock with just k&n drop in and silicone mishimoto intakes. i ran a 13.6 lol im spent around 1,000 on aftermarket parts before the tune. I never been one for name brand merchandise, ive had these on my car for 3 years and couldnt be happy. Cars sounds amazing after i put my test pipes in.

Getting rid of the cats? You'll need a change of clothes if running with the windows down to get the stink off of ya. Go high flow if you wanna keep it refined.

What did people do before cats? You must have been born after 1975.

so far i have
-tomei full cat back exhaust
-tomei test pipes

and im planning on getting
-tomei y pipe
-stillen gen 3 intakes
-mishimoto radiator/oil cooler

so what else would i need besides what i listed ?
i dont know what cams and injectors are or if i even need them. etc so if you guys can please help me out and explain to me these things and what i need to push the most hp with the revup i would love the feedback.
The z can use more power but you can get to that in the future..My first mod was sway bars.It will seem like it goes faster when you move through the corners.
