With regards to being rare Elise production number is probably 20% of the Z total production number. Again no contest here. Lotus is hand built and weighs half the weight of the Z. So its like comparing aging Jlo with her big azz vs young Leaner Taylor Swift Last edited by Zoren 370; 01-18-2018 at 08:45 AM. |

I wasn’t referring to rarity or lightness. Of course in those aspects, the two cars don’t compare. I was referring to “two seater, rear wheel drive” sports cars that have not been updated in a long time (still being sold). Can you think of any others? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

My bro and I raced all the time and I've driven the Elise. The Z, although being a lot heavier, does still compare and compete with the Elise.

Here is the 2017 Elise Sprint cup 220 much lighter and faster with some new body upgrades. So yes the Z is a lone sports car that has not been updated but not the Lotus Elise.

Ah yes! The Elise Sprint Cup 220. But that is a very special edition Elise. One hell of a beast. Lotus still sells the base Elise, same as it ever was. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
