Why I have a 370Z
|
Great article.
Just goes to tell you how our cars are seen as "behind times" by some.WRONG A Z ,give it a Z34 or A 33 has got the staying power. How many new concept cars have the Z as the base for what they are trying to do? |
The Z is a great car, can be easily modded to make it even better. It was cutting edge, but a lot of the market has caught it, but that doesn’t make it any less of a great sports car for under $40K. While I’ve had my Z for about 5 years, and I’ll be getting a new sports car in the next year or so, I don’t think I’ll ever sell my Z. Heck, just the fact it’s got a manual transmission is a rarity these days. Love my Z!!!!

Nice article.
You noticed. The Z is starting to get more love from the press lately. |
“...But the Z isn’t bought by people who want pony cars or soulless German metal, it’s bought by people who want a Zed...”
:icon18: |
In my opinion, the Z has now joined the Lotus Elise in a category where few sports cars exist. Two-seater, rear wheel drive, manual sports cars that have not been updated for quite a while but are still sought after due to their raw character and back-to-basics feel.
PS: The Elise is technically no longer imported to the Americas but it is still a Lotus offering oversees that remains basically unchanged from its minor redesign in 2001. |
YES, makes me want to buy another one... Hmmm, maybe and replace my DD with a 370 as a DD....
:bowrofl: |
I still love its rareness. :D

And get a lighter sexyier orange cabbage or pumpkin! |

With regards to being rare Elise production number is probably 20% of the Z total production number. Again no contest here. Lotus is hand built and weighs half the weight of the Z. So its like comparing aging Jlo with her big azz vs young Leaner Taylor Swift |

I wasn’t referring to rarity or lightness. Of course in those aspects, the two cars don’t compare. I was referring to “two seater, rear wheel drive” sports cars that have not been updated in a long time (still being sold). Can you think of any others? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
