When it is in the 20's or below I will let it warm up for 10min or so. I only do it for the Clutch fluid. The clutch pedal acts funky. I may have a clutch master cylinder on the way out. Once the inside warms up I have no issues. Normally I will wait for it come off of fast idle and then go.
