Hey everyone . Just recently got my first Z! A 2010 370z base model with 60K on it. It just hit 63k. How often should I be changing my oil?

A 2010 370z base model with 60K on it. It just hit 63k. How often should I be changing my oil? And also... do you guys recommend I take it to a local nissan dealership for oil changes and service? I'm hearing my brakes sorta squeak lately too so ultimately I wanna find my everything shop . I'm not a DIY guy, but love my Z and want to ensure its long term health! I live in SF if there are any Z owners out there that are aware of good shops. Thanks everyone, and looking forward to learning lots from the forum!!
