I was interested in the Vented hood insert myself, until I caught a local deal on a VIS Carbon Fiber Hood. It was all oxidized and fogged up from being out in the sun so I had my buddy clean it up and give it a new clear. It goes exceptionally well with the 40th edition paint and wheels, as I expected. The look is way more aggressive now! Yea, I know, the headlights need some love next.
Also put in the AAM CAI. The car definitely sounds better, and louder. There is a real nice resonance now. Had the car tuned shortly after and really loving it all! Ill post tune results and more in my own thread soon. |

Mine will be here Monday, but the Autotech oil pressure sensor adapter is backordered and the company won't contact me back about a refund or getting the product out so I'm a bit stuck at the moment.

Driving Hellbender and the Tail of the Dragon last week confirmed that it was time for new tires, so I stayed with 265/35/19 and 305/30/19, but swapped from S-04s to PSSs. The Michelins are wider than the Bridgestones; especially the rears. I haven't had the chance to really try them out, but from the little driving I've done, I love 'em.

Added some ports to my armrest cubby - USB/AUX for my pioneer headunit, USB for my ALP "parking sensors" to make firmware updates easier.
Few more pictures (including some in-progress) here: Added USB / AUX to armrest cubby ![]() Will need to add some extensions to the back of the headunit and ALP brain before I can reinstall... Also want to add a mute button and alert LED to one of my switch blanks for my new Uniden R3 radar detector while I am at it. Hopefully can spare a couple of hours here and there to get it finished up.

Figured I’d put a little polish on my shiny parts underneath.

They're fresh on the front @9/32's...but barely 4/32's on rears.
