Installed FI test pipes this last weekend, wow what a difference even rolling up on 183,000 miles lol

Brakes are "locked" bc the engine isnt running. If your power is fine and your car sounds like that when you attempt to start, the starter is dead. I wouldn't jump it unless you're going to a mechanic - unless you're sure you can get a jump at wherever you're trying to go

How can you hear the alternator, when it's not spinning? You might be hearing the fuel pump prime.

How many volts is showing on the gauge?

A little less than 12v on ACC

Started with the cheapest path of least resistance, jumped the car, and had the battery tested. Replaced the battery and it starts right up. Was trying to gather info if this was not the case and snowballed as shes my DD and I work full time.

heh, I've gotten used to it at this point. I took me a while to realize I was smelling those thanks to the vented hood.

Decided to drive the Z today... and i think my throwout bearing is going.

Foot off pedal, sounds like metal to metal (no rhyme intended)
Foot resting on pedal, sound goes away but i hear some chatter that's not normal.
Foot all the way in, will change gear but something feels unstable.

It's parked for now and i'm going full HondaGANG until i have time to take it in to have it looked at. Suspiciously started having noise issues after a trip to get the master fixed earlier this year.
