Sliding should never really be a surprise if you have any idea about what you're doing... Experience isn't just about knowing what to do when it does happen, its more importantly about how to keep it from happening in the first place. People need to start thinking "what if" a little bit more..."what if I lose control here? where does my car end up?" is it a risk worth taking? Probably not.
