Right of passage: my first fuel starve

Something that worked for me when it happened to me. Jack up the drivers rear side about as high as you can go, I did it with the scissor jack.

Something that worked for me when it happened to me. Jack up the drivers rear side about as high as you can go, I did it with the scissor jack. It was enough to at least get me the mile or so to the gas station. I did make a couple of really hard left turns just to try and slosh some fuel back over.

Oh man that is a good tip.. probably faster than waiting for AAA!

I read somewhere that the tank is a saddle design so this makes sense that it would work. Anyone got a pic handy of the tank shape and pump location?
