What were muscle cars back in the late 60's and early 70's are considered slow by today's performance levels. Today's cars will also turn and stop. Yes, today's car may have a bunch of electronic "nannies", but dang, they are fast! I remember when cars such as the 930 Turbo was king. It was fast but it was also a handful to drive. When accelerating, the car was not all that fast until you hit 4K rpm and then all hell broke loose! Today's cars have way more power but are very controllable by comparison. I'm glad that I get to experience what might be the golden age of the automobile!
