if ur car is completely cold just pull up the yellow handle dipstick. if the oil is at the top dot, u're fine. i kept the level at about 85-90%

if ur car is completely cold just pull up the yellow handle dipstick. if the oil is at the top dot, u're fine. i kept the level at about 85-90% full for the first 2yrs as anything more would just keep burning off.since the 3rd year i kept it at the top dot. if ur engine is warm, pull up the yellow handle dip stick, wipe off the oil with a paper towel. then dip it back in, count to 5, pull up to see where the oil is. dat's it. if near the bottom dot, add 1/2 quart of oil and repeat until you get the level at or near the top dot. |
