It's not that they have a lack of doing the right thing, like GTM/Sam. That was lack of doing the right thing. From what I understand this has been more of a delay than anything.

Plus like I said before, when you run a business and have hundreds of orders to fulfill and there is a personal issue that ceases production of the business there will be delays. From what I understand Rich is the only one who crafts the parts. Alex is more front desk work with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
I understand as a customer being out money and no parts yet it does suck yes. I have been there plenty. In the end though when you have these hundreds of orders all messaging you the same thing about "where are my parts? Have they been shipped? etc.", he can't just sit there and answer each and every person to tell them all that they are still in production and will be shipped when they are done in the order of Order #; at that point he wouldn't ever have time to try and make or ship any of the parts that need to go out. You can push an elevator button as many times as you want, but it just won't come any faster.

Yeah it is a sucky situation, but try to be a bit more patient in regards to the fact that there are people receiving their parts. Slowly yet surely things are still being worked on. Like I said, this isn't a GTM/Sam like issue where the company shut down and won't fulfill any orders whatsoever.

Trust me, I'm trying to help you guys too, but I also understand the business and personal sides of it for Rich, which is why I didn't give out his cell phone number.

I think he meant how were you able to contact them to order the parts.
That i'm not so sure of, I've met and spoken to Rich a couple of times and it looks like theres a lot of miscommunication. From what I understood, rich was in charge of sales, same with Alex. They claim their parts are made in the U.S. but that's not true as they have their guys from overseas make them. I think overall here, there's just a lot of miscommunication and lack of organization.

I can tell you, their warehouse I visited was nothing more than 1k sq. ft and full of accessories and maybe a few bumpers here and there so, I don't think the product is made here, just stored and then shipped to U.S. clients.

I had also spoken to Alex about this thread and even linked them to it, they're fully aware but have no intentions of coming back to this thread or the website. Not exact words from Alex but close enough.

From what I understood Rich was more on the parts handling and then Alex was on the sales tracker. I could be wrong haha, Never asked what he specifically does during his business day

As for the shop, yeah it is small so there's only so much room for products to be stored and shipped. Product is not made there no, it is brought in from a supplier. Would need way more ventilation.

And honestly the whole part about how Aerojacket pretty much doesn't want to be a vendor on the website anymore is exactly what I was trying to avoid. Didn't want to see them go.

=/ true......Parts handling and sales handling should be handled by the same person or at least they should have some sort of protocol because i think that's where they're slacking.....if they had a system in place, I don't think we'd be having the issues with delays....but idk....I don't know how exactly they run things....

We don't need Shitty vendors who don't send products, they will not be seeing my business after this. its ridiculous you pay for a product and are left questioning whats going to happen.

So I messaged Aerojacket on FB last night. I got a response at 12:07amEST.
Below is what they said verbatim

"Hello it is going to be going out next week.we just have a lot of orders in U.S and oversea so we are a little backed up.we are not of of business.we are just not on the fourms anymore. It is just not efficient enough for us to be on there your order will be going out next week thank you"

Hoping this is true.

Look back some, you would see that people are still receiving their products, slowly, but surely they are. Rich had personal problems that pulled him away from the business. Is it unacceptable for something like this to cease operation. Yes, but it's not like Rich pulled a Sam. It was temporary and once his personal problem settled and was able to go back to Aerojacket production, he is now trying to make things as correct as possible by still getting people their parts.

so no Aerojacket isn't a Shitty vendor.

Rich/Alex sent messages to the others who received packages thus far through this issue. You should be expecting yours. Hoping for the best!

What does Sam have to do with anything? idk why you bring him up every time, what he did is unacceptable, and sorry to say that people who pay for products don't care what rich is going through, if you know you are having issues and cannot deliver products to people on time then there is a simple solution, ITS CALLED " AT THIS MOMENT WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING ORDERS" simple as that. I understand, Sht happens and i do not blame him, i just don't think you should be running a business half *** when you know you have **** to handle ya know? customers don't deserve to be left pondering with crappy communications and shipment issues. I am not saying that he should not be a vendor as i have heard nothing but great things up until now, but from what i am seeing the way things are being handled, i would not want him to be one until everything is cleared and back to normal, i hope i don't sound like an A-hole. Summed up i think that Rich or whoever is running the business should have stopped taking orders, shipped the remaining orders and taken some time to fix everything. It would ultimately dodge the whole situation people are experiencing now.
