major issue with AEROJACKET.... anyone heard from them lately or had similar issue??

So here is an update I kept trying to contact Alex to no avail. Made a claim with PayPal and all of a sudden I got a shipping notice and date. Just got the fenders today. So far everything looks good but the area where the turn signal goes is not cut that well. But I got them finally.
