Can you see your car from your apartment? I would seriously look at putting a security camera in a window or something facing it. More than likely the culprits are

Can you see your car from your apartment? I would seriously look at putting a security camera in a window or something facing it. More than likely the culprits are neighbors and might try to hit it again. You can even get cameras that have audible alarms on motion sensing to let you know someone is near the car.
