I'd unwire the new fog light and see if the symptoms disappear. If still having problems after unwiring the light, I'd start looking at wheel speed sensors. Edit: The FSM

I'd unwire the new fog light and see if the symptoms disappear. If still having problems after unwiring the light, I'd start looking at wheel speed sensors.
Edit: The FSM has diagnostic procedures. Some require CONSULT but you can at least get an idea of what could cause the problem. Link to download FSM in my sig.
