Front Bumper mounting problems

I don't have a shot of the passenger side, but this shows the drivers side. The arrows point to the 3 pop clip locations. You can also see the remote

I don't have a shot of the passenger side, but this shows the drivers side. The arrows point to the 3 pop clip locations.



You can also see the remote thermostatic adapter plate and it is right on the inner most hole. When I try and match with the fender liner, the holes are a good 3/4" to 1" off. If you try and make them match up, it puts a lot of pressure on the thermostatic adapter plate so not good.
