Nissan Approved Bumper Repaint

Does anyone have any more info on this? Anyone out there that got another bumper, did that sort this out? I had that same peeling issue on my front bumper,

Anyone out there that got another bumper, did that sort this out? I had that same peeling issue on my front bumper, took it back and after some battles with Nissan they agreed to repaint the bumper, and guess what, it started again 2 weeks later, so annoying.
