I'm interested in this aluminum cover.... Why is the Nismo one so expensive? It's just a piece of plastic.

They can make money from insurance companies with this piece since anytime the front is hit this will be replaced, and also it stops people from just buying the Nismo parts and building the kit themselves (which honestly has not stopped anyone).
