Missing under piece to bumper/front lip?

According to the diagram has anyone lost part 75895 while driving at high speeds? Mine flew off and took out one of my 02 sensors a few months back. I

Mine flew off and took out one of my 02 sensors a few months back. I was running about 140mph when I heard a loud noise from underneath. I never heard of this before on the forums so im hoping this was a rare occasion.
