Missing under piece to bumper/front lip?

Should be plenty of room for the sways and lower oil pans Look at all the room for brake ducts! Really not sure how the regular version is not clearing,

Really not sure how the regular version is not clearing, This only sits about a 1/2" lower, we will be making a version 2 of the normal 370Z Underpan that sits a little lower also.
