hi all again..
this is THE END of story! We solved this problem. the guy gave me 12K in cash and sent me a 2007 Infiniti m35x!! and we are even now. i just received the car today and its in a very good condition!! i want to thank you all.. specially those who helped me and gave me advices through this Forum. i really appreciate their help and support.

it was really a pain! 6 months calling the US weekly !!! allot of headache
but still i didnt know why this guy sold my 370z in the first place!! and why he did all this story!!
