The Police are gonna be the only ones who are going to be able to tell you how to go about filing the report. All your questions can be answered by them, by calling that number. I wouldn't email anyone, I'd just call the number, you'll get all the correct answers better than anyone here could give you

Well, I contacted snellville PD and they told
Me that they are not responsible for 30039 and I have to contact Ginewett PD!!!!
