He will then make the payments on it? You wouldnt even own the car if and when he payed it off, and have to trust him to make the payments. No way dont do it, do not settle for this. I would rather spend another 30k on lawyers sending this guy to jail knowing hes someones b**ch. Cried on the phone HAH! By the way im very sorry this has happened to you.
