Thanks everyone seems like there is a wealth of knowledge here I've been enjoying reading
Have a viewing for a Black 2016 nismo and a 2017 sport in the pearl blue this coming Wednesday. not a lot of older used choices locally it seems unfortunately.

Viewings went good, I don't think the nismo is for me though just can't justify spending that much for something I intend to tear apart ;P that being said the sport was great and I loved the color but really the only selling point of a sport over base to me is the upgraded rims/breaks so

That's how I ended up with a base model last year. Hard to justify all the extra when you're just going to tear it apart anyways. May as well spent that difference setting the car up how you want instead of padding Nissan coffers.

That's what I'm leaning towards because for the roughly 14k difference I can do a hell of a lot more than brakes and rims.
