Hey all not currently an owner yet but just sold my 04 350z and now watching the market for a good buy, kind of between going new or used depending on what I can find. Look forward to getting to know everyone and sharing my plans and build once I find my car

Haven't read much into the Z35 speculation yet, think it will devalue the 370's much? should i hold off on buying one?

That's totally your call; as Nissan is slow to release info on the 18' Z....rumored it will have the twin turbo 3.0L (like in the infinity q50,60).
I like mine & have no plans to swap it.

Have fun looking for it, and when you find it, you will know its the right one... as to waiting or buying now, its up to the individual.......
I opt for the 2012 over the 2011, mainly for I found the 2012 in Black cherry, and it was just unloaded that weekend..

Welcome! If you hold off for a z35, you may wait for something that will probably never come. Personally I don't think there will be a new Z.

Viewings went good, I don't think the nismo is for me though just can't justify spending that much for something I intend to tear apart ;P that being said the sport was great and I loved the color but really the only selling point of a sport over base to me is the upgraded rims/breaks so

That's how I ended up with a base model last year. Hard to justify all the extra when you're just going to tear it apart anyways. May as well spent that difference setting the car up how you want instead of padding Nissan coffers.
zZippy and ScottM like this.

That's what I'm leaning towards because for the roughly 14k difference I can do a hell of a lot more than brakes and rims.
