Well after all the years of research & info. you've read here, what are you leaning towards?
I did the same as you ( not for years, but months ) I learned, no manuel trans. csc failure, clutch chatter, and no pre 2012 steering lock issues & oil consumption issues !

I have just been researching all cars in general. A hobby to love for sure! I was just waiting to graduate and begin my career. I found a 16' Nismo where I am currently living and was able to secure the deal.
