Just DIY. Seriously.

Steps:
1. Go to home depot
2. buy Black plastidip and diamond shaped aluminum mesh
3. Go home
4. Cut, dip, attach.

I would just DIY but plastidip weathers poorly and can get nicked up. Powder tends to resist. I mean I could just buy chickenwire and have a shop powder it but it'd probably be cheaper to buy something prefab or close to prefab and cut it.
