I'm quite interested to see how those match up with the car. I'm thinking it should look pretty nice.

m4a1mustang 03-19-2010 03:33 PM

NCSUPACK09 03-19-2010 03:51 PM

Nice meeting all you guys (I was the guy without my Z, white sweatshirt [Ross]). Hopefully I will have my Z out next weekend.

Here are some stalker aerial pics I took

2theextreme 03-20-2010 12:44 PM

Stalker aerial pics! Hahaha.....I like it! Nice meeting you, too! Hopefully as the weather gets nicer we'll be doing more than just meeting up in a parking lot. :p

NCSUPACK09 03-20-2010 01:03 PM

Nice pics Ross. You must have some baller zoom on your camera to get a close up of us. Look forward to seeing you and everyone else soon. We definitely need to start doing a little bit of cruising.

Jon, I want to see all those pics and vids posted soon.

SHIROZE 03-20-2010 06:06 PM

Thanks

4 letting me join in the fun - Would look forward to the drive if soccer doesn't get in the way.

nice meeting you too, and nice to see everyone else again, i agree we need to start doing some cruises, or go to the drag strip or something.

chris410 03-20-2010 08:43 PM

Good meeting everyone! Nice seeing so many Z with all sorts of mods!

ZCarMan 03-20-2010 08:57 PM

Awesome turnout today everyone! Weather could not have been better. It was great meeting everyone today! Hey, who was it that I met today with the PW Z on the end with the Ark exhaust? Link to photos for anyone who wants to check them out:

Okay, senior moment. That was Chris I met this morning with the PW 370Z. The Ark Technologies exhaust sounded nice!

Agreed. I used to have a motorcycle and I followed my friend's BMW club on a cruise through Mclean/Tysons Corner a couple times. There are some surprisingly nice roads back there.

Have you guys done planned drives in the past?

Sounds like you guys had a great turnout today -- would have MUCH rather been there than spending the entire day on an airplane. And it looks like you even had drone aerial pictures -- how much did THAT COST? :icon17:

Weather report from Honolulu: Sunny, Windy, and high 70's Unfortunately, my ride for the next couple of weeks is a Suburu Forrester....

See ya'll in a couple of Saturdays.

ZCarMan 03-21-2010 09:34 AM

Nissan 37Z: 35K
Bridgestone RE11 and Volk TE37s: 5K
Starbucks Mocha w/whipped cream 4 bucks
A fellow Z enthusiast with a MQ-9 PREDATOR in orbit over your Z club meet....

Oh man I feel your pain...when they sent me on travel to Denver I got the Colorado special Subaru Forrester wagon. God did that thing SUCK!!!!! Usually I try to get a drop top mustang in Hawaii but they go quickly.

getawaydriver 03-22-2010 08:20 AM

Looks like you all had some great turn out. Was at the DC marathon, but took the car out for a cruise on Sunday and got her a much deserved bath.

Will probably be out this coming Saturday. Eager to see the veterans and meet other newcomers.

madelf 03-22-2010 06:23 PM

:iagree:

Looking forward to this weekend also.....

Hated to miss last weekend, but the first of many warm weekends to come.

ZCarMan 03-22-2010 06:38 PM

I'm hoping for another gorgeous weekend like last. If not, just one with little to no rain. The parking lot at the Starbucks is great for meeting up as there is plenty of room and of course good coffee!

m4a1mustang 03-22-2010 06:43 PM

It's going to be cooler this weekend but looks like we are going to have a sunny Saturday.

2theextreme 03-22-2010 08:42 PM

Just got another teaser pic of my headlights:

:yum: Just picture the shrouds blue!

m4a1mustang 03-22-2010 09:51 PM

If anyone's interested we should head out to the Dogfish Head Ale House for lunch afterwards. They have good beer and burgers. It's maybe 3 miles from our meeting location.

Dogfish Head Ale House | Quality Local Beers | Brewpub & Restaurant | Tavern

the name doesn't sound very tasteful... but i'll give it a try

m4a1mustang 03-22-2010 09:59 PM

Hahaha, it's a pretty decent place. If anyone has any better ideas I'm up for it -- there are tons of restaurants in that area that need to be tried out.

There's always a Famous Dave's further down Rt. 50 for those that could go for some BBQ. :D

getawaydriver 03-23-2010 07:25 AM

Definitely up for Dogfish Head after the meet.

However, I am proposing a quick driving run prior to enjoying lunch and brews.

Anyone up for this? Thinking about going out a little further west and hitting some of the roads by the Markham area.

Any thoughts?

m4a1mustang 03-23-2010 08:42 AM

I'm down for a quick cruise before heading on over to get something to eat.

:icon18: That will have to work for next weekend -- I think my highlight THIS weekend will be walking over to the Honolulu Auto Show -- not expecting too much, but it may be interesting.

2theextreme 03-23-2010 04:10 PM

Dogfish Head ale :yum: That's good beer!

FuszNissan 03-23-2010 04:22 PM

Haha, not gay at all.

Someone should look into laws regarding transporting alcohol across state lines, though. lol.

SHIROZE 03-23-2010 05:53 PM

I'm in for the Dogfish - I work in the area and that is real close - work half day Saturday.

NCSUPACK09 03-23-2010 06:06 PM

I'm gonna try to make it out there this Saturday, and maybe get my buddy to join us (he's got a Z too...a Z4 M Coupe...lol). Beer and burgers sounds good to me.
