Try zero front toe and a little less toe in in the back, 1/32" each side and 1/16" total. I had the same issues... Too much toe in the back gets weird easy. IMO the factory specs go out the window...

Can you soften up the sway bars and see if that does the trick? I would do that first and see what happens.

Personally I'd keep the Z. My car eats vetts all day. My father owns a Vett and I've driven it many times fast yea, but over priced and everyone has one. Plus for half the price you can make a z way...
