The thread was started by TopGunZ ... and he was able to successfully get his project done, but he has engineering and manufacturing experience under his belt.
Just a few things to send in your email:
Miles on the car - miles on the Stillen kit
History of the Stillen install and maintenance including check for Boost leaks
Stock motor ? Stock Stillen Tune ? Dyno ?
The stock Stillen set up with their canned UpRev tune generally produces about 415 whp provided the installation was done correctly.
Can't really recommend any shops for you - everyone is an expert until they run in to problems...found that out the hard way.
You can try to contact Stillen to see if they have any authorized or recommended shops in our area.

I just joined the Z club and wanted reach out to you regarding performance shop question, i just finished reading all 101 pages of Jwllis saga on his car and you seemed to be a knowledgeable person, i am in the Rockland NY area and was wondering if you could point me in a good direction with a performance shop in NJ? i have an 09 Z with a Stillen SC, Stillen Headers and Berk test pipes. Bought the car from a dealer like this, so i wanna Dyno and see what going on with the car. It runs now, the prosport air/fuel gauge is making a alarm sound when i get on it, everything seems fine to me though, but i am a newbie. Any help will help. THX

AFTER MUCH CONSIDERATION: It has been becoming more evident that the Stillen isn't really upgradeable due to it's 50 state CARB legal approach. It is nice enough for leisurly moderate ugrades but...

A word of caution ... Upgrading the Vortech Impeller Upgrade to SI trim and then combining it with the Stillen 9 lb pulley can give you too much boost for a stock 11:1 motor. Thats what I did...

I did exactly this ... wanted to make 500whp. Upgraded the Vortech Impeller to SI trim and used the Stillen 9 lb pulley ... It produced 483 whp/ 378 tqe at 11.9 psi. Grenaded the stock motor...
