Just ease off the gas a bit or don't let out the clutch as much. Learn how the car wants you to drive it. While the chatter may be normal for some, you should not hear it if you are driving the car...

Any time one does a "power shift" it accelerates wear and tear on the drive train. Probably more clutch/CSC than anything else. At minimum, there is slightly less life left in those two items....
