Your local dealership will undoubtedly bend you over. I would find a local bodyshop that you trust and see if they have a windshield guy THEY trust

after seeing more pix i wish either the housing or the triple shrouds were something other than just a pure black dark chrome or gunmetal would give some offset beyond a black blob in most pix...

dont get mad at us you want us to give you a diagnosis that DOESN'T acknowledge the obvious problem? go to a proper alignment shop that deals with race cars, including drift cars, and see if...
