I usually change it at 5k even though you can go higher. I don't put a lot of miles per year probably 5k so in my case its more of a yearly thing.

This makes absolutely no sense. You spent tens of thousands of dollars to buy a sports car, and you justify not driving it because low miles will make for an easier sale if you ever sell it?...
